Whether it's in the workplace, online, or within our family, this package can help to re-balance and reinvigorate.
Having run many wellbeing sessions for women in leadership roles, change-makers, those living in conflict, mothers and students reflecting on the impact of digital, we want to take these conversations outdoors, supporting you to slow down, complete your stress cycle, connect, rest and digest.
In these sessions we use reflection prompts, outdoor materials like shells or stones, photography and play to support you to build your own wellbeing toolkit.
